Delete Your KamilMart Account

If you would like to delete your KamilMart account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@kamilmart.com from the email address or phone number registered on your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please include:

• Your full name as registered on the account
• Your registered phone number
• Your account type (Individual or Shop)

We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your delivery address details
• Your BuildPoints loyalty balance and transaction history
• Your Shop inventory records, if applicable (Shop/Premium accounts)
• Any feedback or support messages associated with your account

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion, where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. This includes:

• Records of completed transactions and payments, retained as required by applicable financial recordkeeping obligations
• Records related to any unresolved disputes, outstanding debt, or ongoing investigations at the time of your request

Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.

የካሚልማርት መለያዎንና ተያያዥ የግል መረጃዎን መሰረዝ ከፈለጉ፣ እባክዎ ከዚህ በታች ያሉትን ደረጃዎች ይከተሉ።

ስረዛን እንዴት እንደሚጠይቁ

በመለያዎ ላይ ከተመዘገበው የኢሜይል አድራሻ ወይም ስልክ ቁጥር ወደ support@kamilmart.com ኢሜይል ይላኩ፤ የርዕስ መስመሩ “Account Deletion Request” ይሁን። እባክዎ የሚከተሉትን ያካትቱ:

• በመለያው ላይ እንደተመዘገበ ሙሉ ስምዎ
• የተመዘገበ ስልክ ቁጥርዎ
• የመለያ ዓይነትዎ (የግል ወይም ሱቅ)

ማንነትዎን አረጋግጠን ጥያቄዎን በ7 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ እናስተናግዳለን።

ምን እንደሚሰረዝ

የመለያ ስረዛ ጥያቄዎ ሲስተናገድ የሚከተሉትን እንሰርዛለን:

• ስምዎን፣ ስልክ ቁጥርዎንና ኢሜይል አድራሻዎን
• የመላኪያ አድራሻ ዝርዝሮችዎን
• የBuildPoints ታማኝነት ሚዛንዎንና የግብይት ታሪክዎን
• የሱቅ ክምችት መዝገቦችዎን፣ ተፈጻሚ ከሆነ (ለሱቅ/ፕሪሚየም መለያዎች)
• ከመለያዎ ጋር የተያያዙ ማንኛውም አስተያየት ወይም የድጋፍ መልእክቶች

ምን ሊቆይ እንደሚችል

መለያ ከተሰረዘ በኋላ ለህግ፣ ለግብር፣ ለሂሳብ አያያዝ ወይም ማጭበርበርን ለመከላከል ዓላማዎች በሚያስፈልግበት ጊዜ አንዳንድ መረጃ ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ሊቆይ ይችላል። ይህም የሚከተሉትን ያካትታል:

• በተፈጻሚ የፋይናንስ መዝገብ አያያዝ ግዴታዎች መሠረት የሚቆዩ የተጠናቀቁ ግብይቶችና ክፍያዎች መዝገቦች
• በጥያቄዎ ጊዜ ካሉ ያልተፈቱ አለመግባባቶች፣ ያልተከፈለ ዕዳ ወይም በመካሄድ ላይ ካሉ ምርመራዎች ጋር የተያያዙ መዝገቦች

የተቆዩ መዝገቦች ለእነዚህ ዓላማዎች አስፈላጊ እስከሆነ ድረስ ብቻ የሚቀመጡ ሲሆን መለያዎ ከተሰረዘ በኋላ ለሌላ ዓላማ አይውሉም።
