KamilMart (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the KamilMart mobile application and website, which provide an e-commerce platform for building materials in Addis Ababa and Sheger, Ethiopia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you register, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), and account type (Individual or Shop customer).
We collect your delivery address, including city, sub-city, kebele, and specific address details, to fulfill your orders.
We collect details of your orders, including products purchased, quantities, prices, payment method, and order status.
For orders paid via bank transfer or mobile money (Telebirr, CBE, Dashen Bank, Bank of Abyssinia), we may collect payment confirmation screenshots and transaction references you submit. We do not store your banking passwords, PINs, or full card numbers.
We track points earned, redeemed, and your account tier as part of our loyalty program.
If you are a Shop customer with a Premium subscription, we may collect inventory records, supplier information, sales data, and credit ledger entries that you choose to enter into the app for your own business tracking.
If you contact us for support or submit feedback, we collect the content of your messages and any contact information you provide.

ካሚልማርት (“እኛ”፣ “የእኛ”) በአዲስ አበባ እና በሸገር፣ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ለግንባታ ቁሳቁሶች የኤሌክትሮኒክ ንግድ (e-commerce) መድረክ የሚያቀርበውን የካሚልማርት ሞባይል መተግበሪያንና ድህረ ገጽን ያንቀሳቅሳል። ይህ የግል መረጃ ፖሊሲ ምን ዓይነት መረጃ እንደምንሰበስብ፣ እንዴት እንደምንጠቀምበት እና ያሉዎትን ምርጫዎች ያብራራል።
ሲመዘገቡ ስምዎን፣ ስልክ ቁጥርዎን፣ ኢሜይል አድራሻዎን (አማራጭ) እና የመለያ ዓይነትዎን (የግል ወይም የሱቅ ደንበኛ) እንሰበስባለን።
ትዕዛዞችዎን ለማድረስ የመላኪያ አድራሻዎን — ከተማ፣ ክፍለ ከተማ፣ ቀበሌ እና ዝርዝር አድራሻን ጨምሮ — እንሰበስባለን።
የተገዙ ምርቶችን፣ ብዛትን፣ ዋጋን፣ የክፍያ ዘዴንና የትዕዛዝ ሁኔታን ጨምሮ የትዕዛዞችዎን ዝርዝር እንሰበስባለን።
በባንክ ማስተላለፍ ወይም በሞባይል ገንዘብ (ቴሌብር፣ ሲቢኢ፣ ዳሸን ባንክ፣ አቢሲኒያ ባንክ) ለሚከፈሉ ትዕዛዞች የሚያስገቡትን የክፍያ ማረጋገጫ ስክሪንሾቶችንና የግብይት ማጣቀሻዎችን ልንሰበስብ እንችላለን። የባንክ የይለፍ ቃላትዎን፣ ፒኖችዎን ወይም ሙሉ የካርድ ቁጥሮችዎን አናከማችም።
እንደ ታማኝነት ፕሮግራማችን አካል የተገኙ ነጥቦችን፣ የተቤዡ ነጥቦችንና የመለያ ደረጃዎን እንከታተላለን።
የፕሪሚየም ምዝገባ ያለዎት የሱቅ ደንበኛ ከሆኑ ለራስዎ የንግድ ክትትል ወደ መተግበሪያው የሚያስገቡትን የክምችት መዝገቦችን፣ የአቅራቢ መረጃን፣ የሽያጭ ውሂብንና የዱቤ መዝገቦችን ልንሰበስብ እንችላለን።
ለድጋፍ ሲያገኙን ወይም አስተያየት ሲያቀርቡ የመልእክቶችዎን ይዘትና የሚሰጡትን የመገኛ መረጃ እንሰበስባለን።
አገልግሎቱን ለማቆየትና ለማሻሻል እንደ የመሣሪያ ዓይነት፣ ኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተምና የመተግበሪያ አጠቃቀም ውሂብ ያሉ መደበኛ ቴክኒካዊ መረጃዎችን ልንሰበስብ እንችላለን።
የምንሰበስበውን መረጃ ለሚከተሉት እንጠቀማለን:
የግል መረጃዎን አንሸጥም። መረጃን ከሚከተሉት ጋር ልናጋራ እንችላለን:
መረጃዎ ደህንነታቸው በተጠበቁ አገልጋዮች ላይ ይከማቻል። መረጃዎን ለመጠበቅ ምክንያታዊ ቴክኒካዊና ድርጅታዊ እርምጃዎችን እንወስዳለን፣ ይህም መረጃን በማስተላለፍ ጊዜ ማመስጠርን ይጨምራል። ሆኖም ማንኛውም የማስተላለፍ ወይም የማከማቻ ዘዴ ሙሉ በሙሉ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ አይደለም፣ እናም ፍጹም ደህንነትን ማረጋገጥ አንችልም።
መለያዎ ንቁ እስከሆነ ወይም አገልግሎት ለመስጠት አስፈላጊ እስከሆነ ድረስ የመለያና የትዕዛዝ መረጃዎን እናቆያለን። ለህግ፣ ለግብር ወይም ለሂሳብ አያያዝ ዓላማዎች በሚያስፈልግበት ጊዜ አንዳንድ የግብይት መዝገቦችን መለያ ከተሰረዘ በኋላም ቢሆን ለረጅም ጊዜ ልናቆይ እንችላለን።
የሚከተሉትን ማድረግ ይችላሉ:
ካሚልማርት ለልጆች የተዘጋጀ አይደለም፣ እናም ከልጆች የግል መረጃ አውቀን አንሰበስብም። አገልግሎቶቻችን ለአዋቂ ደንበኞችና የንግድ ባለቤቶች የታሰቡ ናቸው።
ይህንን የግል መረጃ ፖሊሲ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ ልናዘምነው እንችላለን። ለውጦች በተዘመነ “መጨረሻ የተሻሻለው” ቀን ይለጠፋሉ። ለውጦች ከተለጠፉ በኋላ ካሚልማርትን መጠቀም መቀጠል የተሻሻለውን ፖሊሲ መቀበልን ያመለክታል።
